Recording and AI transcription are optional. You may decline them and still receive coaching. We will obtain your permission before recording begins. You may ask us to stop recording at any time; stopping a recording does not automatically delete information already captured.

Calendly and its service providers process information under the applicable Calendly agreements and policies. Our responsibilities for your information also remain subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

AI-generated transcripts and summaries may contain errors and should not be treated as a verbatim or authoritative record.
