Coaching Terms & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Coaching

Coaching provides personal support, reflection, goal clarification, and accountability. Our approach may incorporate biblical wisdom, prayer, and prophetic insight.

Coaching does not replace licensed mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. Specific personal, relationship, business, ministry, or career outcomes are not guaranteed.

2. Your Purchase

Your purchase includes the sessions and services stated in the offer at the time of purchase. Please review the number of sessions, session duration, and price before completing payment.

3. One-Year Package Completion Period

You have one full year from the date of your first coaching session to complete all sessions included in your package.

Any sessions remaining after that period expire and are forfeited without refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nissi may, at her sole discretion, grant an extension. Extensions are not automatic or guaranteed and must be confirmed in writing.

Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions within the completion period, subject to appointment availability.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule without forfeiting your session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment start time.

If you cancel or request rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is forfeited. For a package, it counts as one used session. For a single-session purchase, the session fee is forfeited.

The original booking remains in effect unless a timely cancellation or rescheduling request is received by email (Info@NissiTV.com) or through Calendly’s rescheduling tool.

The 24-hour period is measured from the appointment’s scheduled start time.

5. Appointments Changed by Nissi

If Nissi needs to cancel or reschedule, the session will not be forfeited or deducted from your package. We will arrange a replacement appointment.

6. Refund Policy

All coaching purchases are final and non-refundable, including single sessions and packages, except where applicable law requires a refund.

Choosing to stop coaching, not attending sessions, or allowing sessions to expire does not create a right to a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. Confidentiality and Optional Recording

Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Calendly recording and AI transcription are optional and require separate consent. Accepting these coaching terms does not constitute consent to recording.
